Ashurst & Niemeyer may be a new company, but its
agents have a long history in the Baldwin County
market. In 1971, Carlton Niemeyer established
Niemeyer Realty. Judy Niemeyer began her real estate
career in Fairhope in 1979 and her son, Morgan
Ashurst was born and raised in Fairhope learning the
business from his mother.
