Morgan is the Owner/Broker for Ashurst & Niemeyer. After growing up in Fairhope, Morgan graduated from Auburn University in Business Economics in 1998 and moved to New York City to pursue a career on Wall Street. After several years of trading, Morgan decided to move back home to embark upon a career in his family's business, real estate. Morgan's passion is helping others find their dreams whether they are Single Family Dwellings, Commercial Properties, Second Homes or Investments. Morgan strives for excellence and enjoys the daily challenges of real estate. When he is not working, he is playing tennis or spending time with his family. Morgan is married to Allison Norris Ashurst and they have three children.
Judy Niemeyer is a name well known and respected in Real Estate. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education. Judy has set the record in receiving many real estate awards, as well as being a major contributor to the real estate industry with over 30 years of dedicated service. She is known for her smile, professionalism, experience and knowledge. Judy is the guiding spirit for The Judy Niemeyer Team.
Judy is married to Carlton Niemeyer and mother of two children and has five grandchildren. She loves to travel, play tennis and bridge in her spare time.
Spence graduated from Vanderbilt University’s Engineering School through a Business program. After a successful career selling electrical apparatus and water/wastewater treatment equipment, Spence decided to go into Commercial Real Estate which he has been doing since 2000. Due to his background, he has focused on industrial office and office/warehouse type properties; selling, leasing and investing. He was active in the origination of the Baldwin Commercial and Industrial Exchange which is a group of commercial real estate professionals meeting monthly. He was the 2011 President of the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® and continues to serve on its Board. Spence has also been appointed by the Baldwin County Commission to serve as a member of the Board of Directors on The Public Building Authority of Baldwin County. In 2012, the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® named him Realtor of the Year.
Spence has been married to Katherine since 1983 and has lived in Fairhope since 1990.
Peggy has been an active member of the Team since 2003. She has lived in the Baldwin – Mobile area most of her life. Peggy is a graduate of both Spring Hill College in Mobile and UAB School of Nursing in Birmingham. She is a wife, mother, and volunteer who enjoys gardening, tennis, water sports and just being outside. Her varied careers and experiences have allowed her opportunities to work on her service skills and to nurture her caring personality.

Steve is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS degree in Business Administration. He has lived on the Eastern Shore for over 27 years being involved in the real estate business for over 12 years, making him very familiar with the residential market.
Steve is married to Leanne and they have three sons, Grant, Sam and Reid.
Christy is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds degrees in Marketing and Interior Design. Her experience includes both residential and commercial design, as well as freelance styling for publications including Southern Living and Cooking Light. This background allows her to help clients see the potential in every home. Having moved to the Eastern Shore from Birmingham several years ago, she also understands the process of relocating to a new area and strivesto make the transition as smooth as possible. Christy is married to Kerry Flowers and they have 3 sons.
Tamatha graduated Summa Cum Laude, from The University of West Florida with a BA degree in Education. She became a Realtor in 1996, and a Broker in 1998. Tamatha has been a Realtor on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay since 1996 and a Broker since 1998. She is known for her acute listening skills, professionalism and customer- first style of service. She also has 13 years experience of home design, interior design, and marketing, which gives her an edge in assisting her Buyers and Sellers. “My very favorite parts of this business are finding that right match between Buyer and Seller, and knowing that they will be able to enter into a new and exciting chapter of their lives.”
Tamatha lives in Fairhope with her husband, Mike and two daughters, Taylor and Claire.
Becky is a graduate of the University of Alabama, majoring in Communications with a minor in Marketing. She is the mother of two daughters, Hannah and Molly. Randy has been in Baldwin County all his life. To paraphrase Windy Johnston, a Fairhope legend, “He’s not fit to live anywhere else”. Married to Bob Weltlich, Division 1 basketball coach for six universities, they have two grown children, Casey and Chad.
Nancy currently resides in Fairhope and previously lived in Mobile. In her spare time, Nancy officiates high school volleyball games and junior and college tennis. She loves playing tennis and spending time at the beach.

Wayne grew up in Fairhope and is a graduate of Fairhope High School. In 2007 he received a degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. After college, he moved to Birmingham, AL to work for a large financial investment company. After several years in Birmingham, Wayne was excited to return home to the Eastern Shore to pursue a career in Real Estate.
