Morgan is a graduate of Auburn University where he majored in Business Economics. He received his CCIM designation in April 2009. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Morgan is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is a member of the Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Group. Morgan has been actively investing in and selling commercial real estate for the last 10 years. He currently specializes in Commercial, Investment and Real Estate Development. Morgan has also participated in developing subdivisions, a mini warehouse complex and office warehouses. He enjoys working with developers and investors who are searching for the right piece of property to maximize their returns.
Morgan is married to Allison Norris Ashurst and they have a daughter, Scarlett and son, Hugh.
Judy Niemeyer is a name well known and respected in Real Estate. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education. Judy has set the record in receiving many real estate awards, as well as being a major contributor to the real estate industry with over 29 years of dedicated service. She is known for her smile, professionalism, experience and knowledge. Judy is the guiding spirit for The Judy Niemeyer Team.
Judy is married to Carlton Niemeyer and mother of two children and has three grandchildren. She loves to travel, play tennis and bridge in her spare time.
Carlton Niemeyer established Niemeyer Realty in 1971. A year later, two friends joined Carlton to form Earle, McMillan, & Niemeyer, and they expanded with offices in Bay Minette, Foley, and Gulf Shores. In the 1980s, Carlton was head of the finance committee of the Baldwin County Board of Realtors. He has served on the Board to Adjustments and Appeals for Baldwin County, and presently serves on the Board of Directors of Montrose Cemetery.
Carlton has been a part of developing many subdivisions on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County, Alabama. These area include; Marca Court and Montrose Woods in Fairhope, Montrose Village, Brookside and Nelson Acres in Montrose, and Daphne Square and The Orchard in Daphne.
Carlton in married to Judy Niemeyer and they have 10 grandchildren.

Spence graduated from Vanderbilt University’s Engineering School through a Business program. After a successful career selling electrical apparatus and water/wastewater treatment equipment, Spence decided to go into Commercial Real Estate which he has been doing since 2000. Due to his background, he has focused on office and office/warehouse type properties; selling, leasing and investing. He was active in the origination of the Baldwin Commercial and Industrial Exchange which is a group of commercial real estate professionals meeting monthly. He is currently Secretary/Treasurer of the Baldwin Association of REALTORS®.
Spence has been married to Katherine since 1983 and has lived in Fairhope since 1990.
Peggy has been an active member of the Team since 2003. She has lived in the Baldwin – Mobile area most of her life. Peggy is a graduate of both Spring Hill College in Mobile and UAB School of Nursing in Birmingham. She is a wife, mother, and volunteer who enjoys gardening, tennis, water sports and just being outside. Her varied careers and experiences have allowed her opportunities to work on her service skills and to nurture her caring personality.
A Realtor since 2000, Evelyn comes from a real estate family and has a heart for helping clients find the best solution in the sale or purchase of a home. She listens carefully in order to clarify and achieve objectives and then goes to work to match the right property with the right client. A graduate of the University of Alabama and a former teacher, Evelyn has long been active in youth and women's ministries. She is married to Rush Garrett, and they have six children.

Steve is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS degree in Business Administration. He has lived on the Eastern Shore for over 27 years being involved in the real estate business for over 12 years, making him very familiar with the residential market.
Steve is married to Leanne and they have three sons, Grant, Sam and Reid.
Christy is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds degrees in Marketing and Interior Design. Her experience includes both residential and commercial design, as well as freelance styling for publications including Southern Living and Cooking Light. This background allows her to help clients see the potential in every home. Having moved to the Eastern Shore from Birmingham several years ago, she also understands the process of relocating to a new area and strivesto make the transition as smooth as possible. Christy is married to Kerry Flowers and they have 3 sons.
